Nothing on the Site is a binding offer; services are provided only under a signed agreement. Pricing shown on the Site is indicative, reflects a standard customer size and scope, and is subject to scoping.
We are an AI engineering company. Portions of the Site, and any interactive demonstrations or embedded consoles, may present content generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. AI-generated content can contain errors and is provided for illustration only; do not rely on it without independent human review. Any live demo or console is provided "as is," may be modified or withdrawn at any time, and its outputs create no commitment. Deliverables in client engagements are governed by the applicable MSA/SOW, not the Site.
The Site, the CoMavenAI name, logo, and tagline ("Your vision, engineered.") and all content are owned by CoMavenAI LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use them except to view the Site. You may not use Site content, structure, or data to train, fine-tune, or evaluate machine learning models without our prior written consent. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or obligation.
No scraping, bulk automated collection, probing, or interfering with the Site; no submitting unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content through our forms; no attempting to manipulate, jailbreak, or extract prompts, models, or data from any interactive AI feature or demonstration.
Links to third-party sites (including StratusPointIT) and embedded services (HubSpot, Google, and AI platform providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, and Microsoft) are governed by those parties' terms and privacy policies.
THE SITE AND ANY DEMONSTRATIONS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY REGARDING THE ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMAVENAI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED $100.
Delaware law governs, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Venue for disputes lies in the state or federal courts of Massachusetts.
