You own the custom system and the knowledge. Ongoing engineering is a separate service agreement. Your team can continue operating the system if that agreement ends.

Implementation is priced from discovery: the workflows, systems, and integrations involved. Custom builds are typically in production within 90 days of a signed scope. Any ongoing engineering agreement is scoped separately, with a monthly investment and defined responsibilities.
