The role
Growth Engine connects prospect research, scoring, outreach, and engagement tracking in a managed system. The Growth Engine Specialist helps run and tune those deployments, from ideal customer profile configuration to deliverability and pipeline analytics.
The work combines operational care with an understanding of the client's market. Good targeting, reliable data, and consistent follow-through all matter. Explore the system you would work with.
What you'll work on
- Translate a client's ideal customer profile into targeting and configuration for their Growth Engine deployment.
- Review prospect data and outreach quality, and coordinate client feedback on targeting and messaging.
- Monitor deliverability, engagement, bounces, and operational issues that need attention.
- Use pipeline and engagement analytics to inform monthly adjustments to scoring and outreach.
- Work with the engineering team when a deployment needs a fix or a change to its configuration.
The work calls for
Care with data, clear communication, and the ability to follow a workflow through to its outcome. You should be comfortable looking at engagement numbers, investigating what changed, and explaining the next useful action.
Location
This is a full-time remote role based in the United States.
